cant scan 112

Trying to get HBO on 119 channel 300 but it wont pick up the channel when scanning...has anyone had that problem or know how to be able to get that channel.

I am having that problem with hgtv channel 112 I am unable to get it. Have tried scanning the TP and still cant bring it in, have a T4 and it gets it from the same dish set up.

That is strange. There was a new file posted yesterday for the t5 you could see if that helps. Otherwise maybe try going straight to the dish, no switch, then scan. good luck
