360e i lost evething

hey on my 360e when I bootup it will put it on 103 channel screen but I lose everthing. u got to menu it pulls up the background but no writing. its like I lose all the program to make it work I need a program that puts the menu and everything back on it form computer.

We'll need much more info to help you out like sats aimed at, dish and lnbs you're using. If you have the right file in the box? Was this setup working before? More info always help...
