remote not working

Hey guys
My limesat ultra remote stopped working all of a sudden. Batteries are working and I checked with a camera that the infrared is working as well. Tried setting up the code on the remote but still not working. I can change the channels up and down on the front of the receiver. Any clues or ideas on what I can do?

take it apart and clean it like i did with alcohol.. or soaking it in soapy water, then dry wipe with alcohol the board let dry -- put it together and whella
