Try adjusting the elevation. Do you have a sat meter, if not keep signal strength on tv and have somebody keep an eye on it while your tweaking the dish.

That depends.Does the dish skew?.If not you need to turn the lnb in order to skew.Also you need to make sure your elevation is correct as well as the direction.Thats done just by trial and error by SLOWLY moving the dish up/down and left/right.

Best way to aim a dish is to scroll through all the TP’s and find the weakest one on the sat, leave it up on the screen and adjust your dish while watching the Q reading for that TP. Once you tuned the weakest TP as best you can, all other TP's should be as strong as they can get, then you should be good to go.
