I would like to add that if you are going to resell a service you need to be here more frequently and be honest with the members. If the service is down then don't lie and say it is up. If the service is up then help those that are dealing with you get their service going.
If you can't do the above then we will ban you.

I dont see the point in that if a user used prepaid to pay he must have had his reasons to not use paypal.

Did you sell under the false pretext that you were running the bev server ?
If you told your users that you are only a reseller for bev i dont think you need to refund anyone as the problem would not be in your hands to control if a server went belly up. Because im sure no beavers didnt got their money back when it went belly up.......
But if you sold it as your own then thats a whole new story.

I don't think this situation and what happened with beaver are the same at any level this reseller never had his BEV service actually set up before he started selling and while it may be an honest mistake he should not have offered it until he was sure he could provide it which is why we are asking that he refund the people who bought his service based on his ability to provide BEV

I / We did not create the problem you did ! I have to say I have yet to receive a PM asking for help with the refunds so I assume there are none outstanding. That said you had better change your attitude where do you get off telling the staff what and when they can post I guess you didn't read the other post you are on thin ground here if you don't want to spend the time and effort to support your clients then get out of the game.
