If you're looking for something besides a legal sub i suggest you look around the available p$ out there and lower your expectations.

If you need 100% TV time then it is best to get a legal sub. If you can live without a channel here and there and are ok with a few hours of downtime during ecms you can get iks.
OR
You can get a sub and use iks as well. If IKS does down for a few hourrs due to ecm, then fire up your legal sub.
In the end it comes down to patientce.
