Hi I'm new here and this is my problem my box won't boot. I turned it on it tries to boot the numbers 209 appears then the time and no signal nothing. Also every once and awhile before this happened it would freeze and throw off a loud whining sound SCREAMING NOISE {sorry for caps } last time I had the file reloaded it worked for awhile now I'm running out ideas to try and fix this thing or trash it .Any ideas plz would be welcome. I have rebooted replaced the switch and lines .
