A small drop of 3 in 1 oil will do it, you will need to pull the sticker back about half way to oil it.

That the way this section works, it will look like he started 2 threads but in fact he only made 1 thread it just shows up in 2 locations.

Indeed, I send him PM because I was replaying to Iq's thread " Now testing V6" and every time I tried my replay appeared as #1 like if I was the original Poster. TurboPirate

well thanks all for helping out finally i am not sure that the problem is fixed forgot the power supply at owners house but did find another problem the screws holding the fan on top of the cpu eat sink are bit to long and that could be one of the reasons for the noise fan because the fan seats there a bit lose and if keep screwing them you will touch the processor

There should plastic washers on each screw between the heat sink and the fan, I have my v5 fan mounted with 1 screw and the
fan turned toward the JB200 to help cool it.
