satlobo 9424 ESPN Hd and 4930

My neighbor is having black screen with 9424 ESPN HD (signal is good).
Sometimes 4930 alternate ESPN HD works for a first few seconds and then just freezes.
Is he the only one?

My neighbour has great picture with 9424 but nothing on 4930

4930 is not a supported channel and if "your neighbor" is having problems with 9424 it's on his end

i know it is wierd but i also have had 4930 working sometimes when 9424 wasn't working but not lately
