Slingbox Remote for Mega

Coolsat 5000 slingbox remote bin works somewhat with Mega. If anyone has experience tweaking these bins to make it fully functional with Mega that would be awesome. thanks

#1 button = Power
Channel Up Button = Changes Channel 10 Down
Cursor Right Button = Changes Channel 1 Up
Custom 04 Button = Changes Channel 1 Down
