HELP...IKS4Less ....I can't connect!

My box is showing that it is connected to the internet but when I go into server settings, it shows "disconnect". I have tried entering in the IP address as well as the new actual address that IKS4LESS website is listing, but I still can't seem to get connected. It used to be fine, but I think I might have screwed up my initial setting when playing with it. What should my settings be and any help would be greatly appreciated.:bawl:
