I would like some help. It seems that the user id I was given stopped working after a ECM, so I was given a different user ID. That worked until last week. I contacted zoogor and we tried the same two different user id's with satlobo dn and I still can't get it up despite rebooting. The IP comes up in the network and it shows connected but the status server 1 or 2 doesn't come up. I been using a nano premium for years and was working until last week.
I have a 2wire gateway in bridge mode with a cisco linksys ea3500 router. Should I have any special settings for the nano in the router?
Any ideas other than the rebooting everything?
ps. I can't send any pm because of the following message "You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created."

Thanks but that doesn't solve my box problem. I guess I shouldn't have mentioned the private message because its apparently hard for some of us to focus on the real issue.

Thanks dishuser, I think I found where to enter it as a static IP, but it will not let me save it as internet option, it will only let me save it as LAN/WAN option. I also read to add it under apps and gaming port range forwarding, however I searching for port ranges for the nano premium so I don't know what range to input.
I've entered DNS 8.8.8.8 & 2nd DNS 8.8.4.4 to my router to see if that helped, but it didn't

Yes, I was trying server 1 with one url and server 2 with the 2nd url to see if it comes up. It comes up for only 3 seconds and it quits so still not sure whats going on. Any way to see if At&t is blocking ports?
Well, maybe we have freezing going on and I;m not aware of it. So, I think its not working. It just came up again for right now. I will give it a rest for now
