Looks like you got the wrong tuner. Where did you get the tuner? You have a JA-ATSC tuner for receiving OTA channels and not satellite.

came with box asked for jb-200 says on box jb-200??

If the menu when box is on does not say JB200 then it's not a JB200. Contact your vendor and request that they send you a JB200 tuner.

forgot to do factory reset,after that theres all my sats,thanks for the help,just little tired need a nap!!!
