Ch 455 just audio. no picture. Scans in as mpeg 2

Trying to get ch 455 Rescanned tp 12486. 455 came in but only the audio no picture. Deleted all channels and rescanned but the same results. When the ch is deleted and rescanned in it shows mpeg 4 but after a channel change it shows mpeg 2. Any suggestions?

Check with your p$. I thought that channel was up on special occasions only.
