Who is Servertv?

I go a yr sub not finished yet and no tv right now on anything after reboot etc.
I read that server is satlobo. Is this correct?
I never visit here because everything has been ok even if I can only get regular channels but now nothing.
Can anyone help who is server and if it is up or totally down right now?
