need help with Jynxbox Ultra HD V6, does not scan channels

Need help guys I have bought a new clone receiver Jynxbox Ultra HD V6, when I select my satellite it shows that I have really strong quality and signals but does not scan any channel even though I have waited for hours. obviously I have no issues with my signal or dish cause I am running another receiver with the same cable. the only thing I am concerned which might be the issue is that when I go to system information it shows that the Model is Jynxbox V2.
need urgent help & thanks to all those who always help on this forum

Did you update the firmware. that is the only way I know of that it would ID as a V2 & have 2.51 firmware, so this means you have loaded a firmware with a clone kill code.
now you need a loader cable, loader and the allchunk.

Messed up a great box for missed information, can't touch it. Do some reading, loader, allchunk and firmware are all in the clone file section.

Thanks iq180 and Fibroso, guys I got the box like this and tried hard to get info but cannot find much info related to my situation. kindly give me the link for the loader and just confirm me if I follow this method, will it be alright for my case :-


Prepare a PC\RS232 cable\STB receiver\upgrade tool and related software.
Connect both the RS232 ports of the PC and STB with the RS232 cable .one to one.
Process of updating:
Step 1: double click to open the upgrade tool(see the following picture);

Step 2: select the operations to do after opening the software;

Step 3: connect; click ”connect” and open the “power” of STB at the same time;

Step 4: after the success of connecting the STB,;


Step 5: add updating file, and enter the choice of patterns, let’s take the updating “All Chunk” as an example

Then Loader the File: JynxboxNA_factory_version_v8.bin

You need to set the port in the loader to what ever port you are using on the computer.
