IKS in the North?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Does anyone know if IKS for Bev works anywhere in Nunavut? Say, Iqaluit? Has anyones neighbor successfully set this up? Bev is availabe here with a large enough dish, kind of wondering about the IKS part and if the network speeds can support it. If you any could provide info it be great!

If you can get a signal, you can use IKS. As for network speeds, I've used my phone as a hotspot when the internet's been down.
