no signal

just got a dreamlinkt5 hooked up cables and can't get a signal or anything . when i hook up my old nano premium works great . anyone know what i am doing wrong .thanks for any help

heres how too fix it okay;/

Download the d/l loader .Dreamlink loader.And the latest fac file.From the file section.A null modem cable is necassary.

With the receiver OFF at the back switch,connect receiver to computer with the null modem cable.Open the loader on your pc and select com1.I'm not sure if the auto connect feature works haven't tried it.At the bottom of the loader select all file.Now press browse and select the file and press open.The file should appear.Now click on the file and press open.Now press connect and then turn the reciever on.DO NOT INTERRUPT THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS.
When file loading is completed receiver should re-boot.Turn off the box disconnect cables

i guess sometimes it happens...not sure if user error...hard to tell from where i am sitting lol...gl...
