Problem with T4..

Wondering if anyone had the same problem that I have..

When I turn the box off it shows a screen and the light on the box is red?

Then when I turn it on its the same screen when light is green.

I did a factory default to re do channels sitting on no channels screen..it seems like its rebooting when receiver is off with red light

when you turn it on does it stay on? no channels screen?

yes it stays on when on but when I turn it off the same screen pops up in about 5 secs

You need to go into menu and scan your sats
