OK so I'm new to this whole FTA thing but i've helped friends with their boxes before so i know a little bit. I just purchased a Sonicview 360 P and I have it updated with 2028 rom, WIZ shows 4.12 for hub but whenever i turn on the box it comes up with "Network Adapter Error Please switch on again" tried rebooting multiple times, tried system clean and re-updating but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Which iHub do you have? Do you have an original or the wiz110sr? If it is the wiz110sr then you will need the 2028_NoChk file.

The iHub, newlink or svlan are all basically the same...they just came out loaded with different software versions...picture 1. Wiz110sr is in picture 2.

Yep...that is a wiz110sr that someone encased in a box like the original iHubs from the looks of it so the 2028_NoChk should solve the issue...if I wasn't so lazy I would load the 2028 and see if I get the same error lol...got my 360p shelved at the moment.

The nochk files will work on any hub.The other hub files only work on original hubs.

Any details? Do you have regular adapter or the dongle that needs a file with defeated adapter test? If the latter do you have the right file in the box? Have you had power bumps that might have damaged the adapter or box--did you maybe zap the adapter with winter typical static? Does the adapter have power? Does the box still do serial?

Not sure what you mean...what problem are you having with it or what is it doing or not doing?
