Have you contacted you reseller? They are usually pretty good at getting back to you. Unless you did or said something wrong, I would wait and your reseller will get back to you.

Well you gave us the same story with another reseller and not answering your pm a couple days ago. ////If you were using your code on more than one box then they would shut you down on the spot. Could that be your problem.
