What type of dish and lnb do you have? From the looks of it I assuming you have something like a dish500 with dp lnb...if so you have the port settings wrong all though that would not stop you from getting a signal. Mast pole level and plum? Elevation and skew etc. set correctly for your location?

OK as Abouttosnap mentions we need your LNB types, also any type/make of switch.

If your LNB's are the DP type, then the following settings need to be set or we need clarification on the setting.

Echostar 7-119
OCS-DP
11250
Off............................Is this the LNB power setting??? If so change it to ON.
On
12224................This transponder on 119 is a spot beam, you need to change it to 12297L for a CONUS beam.
All
On
Port 2................If the LNB is a DP twin (one large oval eye) then this needs to be set to Port #1
Disable
Off

Echostar 8-110
OCS-DP
11250
Off...........Again if this is the LNB power setting then it needs to set to ON.
On
12224
All
On
Port 1.........Again if the LNB type is a DP twin this needs to be set to Port #2.
Disable

As you indicated in your last thread you need to get your new dish(whatever it is) correctly aligned. Signal is connection from receiver to l n b which you indicated is good(90-92). Quality is bad which is l n b alignment to satellite. Good luck
