A cop pulls a man over for running a red light.
He walks up to the driver's window and leans in.
He says to the man, "Ah, I gotta give you a ticket for running that light."
The man replies desperately, "Officer, I really can't afford this ticket. Is there any way you can let me go? Please?"
The cop thinks for a moment and says, "Alright, alright... If you can answer my question correctly, I'll let you go."
The man eagerly replies, "Ok! What's your question?"
The cop asks the man, "What has four wheels?"
The man answers, "A car! A car has four wheels!"
The cop looks at the man and replies, "Nope."
The man says, "What do you mean no? A car does have 4 wheels"
The cop says, "You forgot to tell me if it was a Ford, a Toyota, a Honda...."
The man says, "Ok.... fine.... How about this. If you can answer my question, I will let you give me a ticket, and I won't argue with you."
The cop says arrogantly, "Sure, I know everything."
The man asks the cop, "What do you call a woman on the corner, at night, with a cigarette in her hand and moves like this?"
The man shimmies his chest seductively and bats his eyes
The cop answers, "... A prostitute."
The man replies, "No, no, no....you forgot to tell me if it was your mother, your sister, your grandmother, your cousin...."
