nanosat premium se continuous rebooting

Can someone please help as to why my receiver is constantly rebooting and starting over. It don't even stay long enough for the picture to show.

check the remote fn1(reboot) button may be stuck... its just above the blue buttons on the left side near the bottom

could also be a short in the coax connector.
