if-out

yesterday i noticed that the if-out was not working, i have out put on hdmi, and video out plugs, did some thing happen to the if-out terminal of the card? if so what do i do now? thanks i have the pinwheel hd iptv+vod with the ls400 turner-8psk
i have no idea what happened.
