sv 360 elit donggle?

I've dusted off my elite 360 can't find the dongle, does anyone have a picture of the old one so I know which one it is, I've got about 2 different ones but don't know which one it is and don't want to plug it in just in case causes problems. thx for the help in advance.

You can find your dongle but you have 2 of them?Any of the old hub's will work.You need to connect them to receiver and bootup and run wiznet program on computer and click search only.Tell us the version showing.If version is at least 2.2 you can load the es22 2028 for the elite and when receiver reboots it will update adapter aka hub to 4.12.If not hub's are not at 2.2 then you need to upload the 2.2 file with wiznet.Then if the es22 2028 file is in receiver just reboot it to update adapter.

Viewsat dongles are the same and will not work on sv's.The only hub's that work are ihub,newlink,svlan,wizhub and the new wiz110sr that sets up a little different.

4.12 is what you want.Your all set if you have the es22 2028 elite file loaded in receiver.

That is because you don't have the es22 2028 file loaded.Load it.

ste 4.12 is that the version on the dongle or I'm totally confused, after update of es-22-2028 now my network settings won't open at all , the remote won't respond at all, the only thing I can do is use the buttons on the receiver.

As others have said if your iHub is at version 4.12 then you should be set on the iHub...sounds like the receiver and the iHub aren't communicating which is causing the network settings menu not to show up in the main menu...is the iHub connected to the receiver good?...do you have the iHub connected to the pc via router or modem? Do you have lights on the iHub? On the remote...check to make sure you have the stb button pressed...you may have changed it by mistake...when you press the power button on the remote the stb button should light up...also check the batteries.

STE_4.12 is the name and is the version.If you have one of the hub's then you need to load the es22 2028 nochk file.

All good...I probably have posted it around here more than once by now anyway...it changed when I went from v4.31 to v4.12 anyway.

my version is 4.12 and also loaded es22-2028 then went to reboot everything comes on now remote won't cooperate with receiver, and nothing happens, only buttons on receiver works, tried to factory reset can't even do that, can't punch #'s on remote to activate f/reset. also when I hooked up dongle it was back of receiver, when I did the test it came out showing just like you pictures and version of 4.12.

When receiver is reboot do you see network adapter connect message?If so thats good and should not stop remote from working.Without a working remote your done until you get it working.Check batteries,push stb button(Light should be bright when pushed).
