Rule 1 & 3 applies since both c8rbk1ng and Costa both have the same number of correct picks. Who ever picked a total weeks score that is closest to the actual weeks total scores, under or over, is our winner. If there is an equal amount of points between 2 or more participant's weekly totals, in this case if the final weeks total points are 709 then we go to the second tie breaker in rule 1 (by my reckoning). Who ever is closer to Monday Nights games totals, above or below, is the winner.

Maybe I can clear this up a little, if they score 48 or more points Costa wins because he'll be closer to the over all points...if they score 46 or under I'll win because I'll be closer...if they score exactly 47 points I'll win because I will be closer to Mondays points (46), Costa (41). Did that clear it up (or make it more confusing):)
