LS air remote

I'm having trouble with number input, number 9 is a problem with my limesat air remote, is there a fix for number input or is there an app remote I can download to my iPad that I can use, thanks for any help.

Have you tried gently taking the remote apart and taking the rubber keypad off and cleaning everything thoroughly? Remotes tend to get dirty pretty easy so try that.
Not sure about an app as the air is not a Bluetooth device.
