I am sure I know the answer, but..
If I do a factory reset I don't think I lose the info loaded with the after file LNB's, sat's etc
Correct???

You could save the sat/channels to usb before a reset.

It is going to be tough, I don't have an win xp machine to run the loader from.

Unplug the box for 1/2 hour and should be good.

Been there tried that. even left it unplugged overnight. no change

This is a replacement reciever for one that did the same out of the box Been a piece of crap from day 1.
I would never recommend it to anyone.
