Set up guide for ilink 9800 HD

I just got me ilink 9800 and I look in the discussion section on a set up guide couldn't find one for my box.
Is there a guide section I miss in the forum also can someone be so kind to direct me in the right direction on what
Factory file I need to use first. Also the new bin file. and with whom I have to speak with to get set up with a IKS for my box.
