Former Formula One driver Andrea de Cesaris was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon.
De Cesaris reportedly collided with a guardrail near Rome. He was killed instantly.
The 55-year-old Italian enjoyed a 14 year career in Formula One from 1980-1994, but unfortunately was never able to make his way to the top step of the podium. He competed in 208 Grand Prix for a total of 10 different teams, and holds the record for most amount of races started without a win.
