for a 119 and 121 combination you will need two LNBFs or a motorized dish.

Back in the day 121w was the international sat used by dish which has been transferred to Anik F3 for quite some time now. There are several open channels on 121w but not worth the bother of setting up a dish or lnbf for that orbital location.
