If you aren't using anything that shows logs for connections to the iks server or code word retrievals, you can determine if the issue is related to connectivity from you to the iks server by using telnet to see if you can establish a connection to the iks server's port. Check SD chans like 200 CNN as they are the ones that are most often available.

Sablato service and where it says connection only 2 comes up for bev. I did pm my supplier but all he said was reboot all codes are good.
