Dont see the echostar 110 and 119.

Hi

I just buy a new dreamlink t5 hd with dl100 installed and I follow the instruction to setup the box but when I get to the part of setting the antenna I dont see the 110 or either 119 echostar satellite.
I am new in this, please someone help.

go into menu, system recovery,factory set Then you will see the sats

I Just want to Thank you for the support.

And I want to give a advice for the new ones like me that are installing this FTA box.

First, no one says that when you search for the satellite (110 and 119) you put your setup (LNB type, switch type, etc.) you need to see the red bar from signal and quality to turn blue then you search the channels, if not something is wrong with your signal.

Another advice if that when you buy a IKS account with others the owner had to active your account, if the account is not active, of course give you a error (can't connect to server) and after you connect to the server you exit and the screen that says how many network are connect you see the network ( the one you connect) off then you press the right arrow and then you see the network and save.

I hope this tips help somebody new like me with this wonderful fta box.
