Experiencing "no signal" issues with Satzen 500

I'm experiencing "no signal" issues with sat 110. I had someone move my dish for a clearer view but still have the "no signal" on 110 but not on 119. I had a professional installer move the dish since a branch was blocking the satellite. He even changed my switch (dish 21) and I'm still experiencing the problem. I have a good reception on 119 (95% signal). Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I did. I have 119 on SW21 Dish 2 and 110 on SW21 Dish 1 and still "no signal". Thanks for your prompt reply.

Finally fixed. My installer came back this weekend to check for the problem. He missed aligned sat 110. He apologized for the error.
