cant conect to server

I have a jynxbox hd v6, was working fine, suddenly the servers cant connect, the internet conection is working fine, I can see the free channels fine but nothing else, also tried my server on other fta box and they are working fine. can somebody have any idea how to fix the problem Im having, thanks

Go to Tools,network local setting and make sure youR DHCP is on, while at it see if your ip is correct. You can also try your wifi.
Remember that v6 is a clone, so post in the clone section.

Sounds like your usb wifi dongle is bad, try it hard wired and see if it works.

the wifi conects perfect, the iks server is the one that says conection failed, thats the problem

Yep been there, done that,LOL, try it hard wired, & reboot your internet.

I'm having the same problem. In server settings its saying No server is connected . This is hard wired & with usb ant. & everything rebooted several times. What else to try??

Disconnect your usb ant. and run hard wired only. Also check your server status in the IKS section to see if others have the same issue or if the ip or other info has changed. Your donation may have expired as well.

Sorry i meant I tried both ways with just hard wired & then just usb ant. With same results. Server is not down according to others. Would a bad JB200 cause this?

make sure that the server slot is set to the "ON" position, when you lose power these units tend to turn all servers off.

Are you showing an ip in your ip box in the menu? Are there blinking light where your LAN cable is plugged in?

yes for both. light is blinking at the router end

Just because it say connected that only means its connected to your router not to your internet, turn off your jynx then turn off
router & modem & check your server info.

Did all that & server info I got is good. Everything worked perfectly until yesterday morning, for the past 3+ months.

I did not mean blinking lights at your router I meant on the back of the box where the cable is plugged in.
