So 14 comes in and I can watch now 10/11 has signal of 90% quality 80-85 % but no picture. By the way it is locked in to sat. Any ideas would be great. And thanks ahead of time.

If you check the up/down thread of the p$ you are using you would see that they are not up nor either are any of the others to speak of.

So tell me your thoughts on this lnbs go into two switches one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Like I said downstairs strength and quality are at 95% for 10/11 & 14 now upstairs s and q for 14 is 95% but 10/11 nothing. Now if we switch cables around coming out of switch they both lock in at 70% for upstairs and downstairs. Very weird I'm so confused about this have no answers for neighbor

Well then post antenna settings along with your equipment so we can make an educated guess instead of one liners so we aren't guessing at what the problem is or even if there is one.

Antenna settings are exactly the same for both receivers. Can having two switches beside each other cause interference. Or the length of the cables from lnbs be the problem.

Were both receivers working good at the same time in the past or have you changed something recently? If they were then it does sound like a switch problem. The more info on switch types, lnbs and cable runs will help us help you...

No I just got them hooked up receivers are nano premium lnbs are dish and two different switches which are on his chimney so I cant tell tonight now if I put downstairs receiver up same thing where cant get 10/11 but everything works downstairs both receivers. All wires come out both sides of lnbs into switches then two long coaxial cables one down and the other up. As for names of switches I hope you can help tomorrow night when I can get the names. This is my forth set up for family and friends never had this happen f------- me lol

If you have the box downstairs on port 1 and the box upstairs is on port 2 and you never had service before on two boxes and the switch (if a DPP Switch) is not a powered switch with power going to port 1 your switch may not be getting enough power to run the two boxes. This can happen also if the run of cable to the 2nd box is (much) longer than to the 1st box. This is with the asumption that the lines, switches, boxes and connections are proper and functioning.
