Floyd Mayweather Jr. finds himself embroiled in another lawsuit.

According to a report from Yahoo Sports, the undefeated boxer is being sued by the sons of Hasim Rahman for battery, tortious assault, false imprisonment, negligent hiring, training, supervision and retention and unjust enrichment.

The lawsuit stems from footage shown during episode two of Showtime's "All Access" series and designed to promote Mayweather's rematch on Sept. 13 against Marcos Maidana.

During the show, the two brothers were filmed without their consent competing against British boxer Donovan Cameron. The suit alleges that during the sparring session involving Sharif Rahman, rounds lasted for five to seven minutes, culminating in a 31-minute session.

When Sharif reportedly attempted to leave the ring, Mayweather “responded by telling Cameron and others that if Sharif left the ring to beat his ass outside the ring.”

Below is an interview via FightHype.com with Cameron who confirms the alleged sparring session.

The complaint also says Sharif Rahman was injured during the process and then forced to seek medical care.

Mayweather appeared before the Nevada Athletic Commission on Sept. 23 to address concerns regarding the second episode of “All Access.” In response, Mayweather had a very simple message for those who have issues with what they might see on the show.

“As far as the issues with ‘All Access,’ it’s all about entertainment,” Mayweather said. “We do take breaks when we spar. I make sure everything is handled in a proper and respectful manner. I’m not going to let no one get hurt because safety is very important in the sport of boxing.”
