Asian channels on 118

Hi.

Anyone know of a service that currently is up on asian / chinese channels on the 118.

Mainly interested in channels in the 9900 range (9926, 9986-9988).

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Since the last ECM ,the Chinese channels are down on most servers
