cnx duo loader?

hey guys I got my files downloaded and my ps, for the life of me I cant find a loader for my duo. can someone please help with that and ? im using the xx 2.4 client also. Ready to watch tv.

well I found that I don't need a loader I can use a usb and I have already loaded the files on to my duo . now im having a problem with the xx client , Ive tried from 1.1 to 2.5 . it always open a paper looking object with a bunch of symbols. which is the right one?
