Weird thing happening

I am watching channel 1845 or 2845 with my dreamlink t5 and once in a while it freezes for 2 seconds and then its another channel showing instead of the show i was watching. It is a Vu channel.... And then it goes back to the tv show i was watching...all that still on the same channel (explora)

Anybody experienced that weird thing ?

I don't have TV and know nothing about it but my butcher says she had similar problems while stuffing sausages during deer
season and it ended up being a wet switch that kept tripping. She added less salt to her sausage mix, changed the switch
and problem gone.
She noted that if this trippy thing happens during damp and rain is probably poorly waterproofed connections.

You might want to check same things . . . except the adding salt to sausage mix.

Seriously the image freezed and then It was an image of a vu channel with something like thank you for your purchase for about 5min and then image of the program I wanted to watch reappeared,,,, all that on channel 2845

sounds like somebody got their wires crossed on the uplink side of things

I agree, it could be something on the providers end, if it keeps it up then maybe a reset of the receiver may be needed.
