missing channels

Guys & Gals, I need your help without everyone telling me to READ READ READ. Normally I do however my wife has had two back surgeries in 90 days. So................ my regular TV in house that I pay....no issues. But, my satlobo in garage doesn't get TRU, Food network110 , or 120. are these guys up???? Did my dish take a crap??? what sats can they be scanned on? If you guys can answer these questions, that would be greatly appreciated. Normally I would do the research myself, however, my demanding management position /groundskeeper/nurse/therapist/homemaker/.......... you got it. I need your help.

try doing a factory default....make sure your sat info is set up properly and re-scan your sats.

South is in a bit of a legal battle with Turner. The channels mentioned along with others(CNN, HLN, Turner Classic Movies etc) have been removed until resolution..

Thank You, that was what I was looking for. Certainly, I am not the only one missing these. I mean, no one has replied saying: YES I am receiving all of them or I get this one or that one. I have seen the message box regarding CNN but not any others. Just like my locals for South Bend In. . They just went away ...... folks said I shouldn't have been getting them (spotbeams) well.....OK. The 900 locals, there were notifications that they were leaving. Just saying, when my stuff disappears I have concerns because I have older equipment that sometimes I improvise just to make due in the event that this all goes away, like I realize it could at any time. AGAIN.........................THANK YOU!!!!

Every channel that has been pulled by Turner has a message on it. It's a dispute. They will be back.

Lotta peeps wanting to imply I'm a lazy piece of **** or what ever, without actually putting it in those words. I stated my situation, If you guys are getting these channels, then my older dish has failed. I also see that there are freeloaders. Peeps that know me, know I'm not one. Tor, you could be right. I have followed you here as well as other sites and your posts have always been clear...to the point. But, as I stated, I wasn't asking for a miracle or channel begging or anything. Just a simple question. I do not logon just to pass the time or be vindictive. Yes, I have bantered with DU at times in fun. I respect him & I believe it's mutual. However like I said, sometimes, it seems that some folks believe that the more of a smarta** they are, the cooler they think they are. Yep, I'm a bit stressed lately but that will pass also. So, with my question being answered about the channels, if the weather permits(unlikely in N. Indiana) I will probably set up a different dish.

I have noticed that my 91 shows only some random channels when signal strength is good, it also doesn't down load EPG.

9441 - 5 starmax
9455 - HBO 2 east
9479 - Action max
9466 - NBC sportnet
9503 - Bloomberg TV
9497 - Starz Kid
9476 - Fox business
9529 - Sony movies
9504 - EPIX 3

Those channels have nothing to do with TED TURNER and Dick

They are down for 3 weeks now.
