Try doing a malware/antivirus scan in safe mode, this mode does not load all drivers, so use the "Safe Mode with networking" option.

If you can't get rid of it you may have to remove the hard drive and do an external sweep of it, this can be done with a USB to IDE/SATA interface, (Google for one, they are cheap) then with unaffected laptop of PC you can scan the external drive and remove the program.

scan with malwarebytes or herdprotect in safe mode like Terry suggested. Sounds like you have my old buddy conduit loaded on your system. Have you clicked on any posted videos that said you need an updated java plugin installed. If so that is where you got it

Try post 2 & 3 if that don't fix it, it could be something that was downloaded and you mite need to go into the control panel and uninstall it.

Install Google Chrome and adblockplus get the site you want then click the red ABP applet and click Element and click one more time on the red applet and just remove the text and leave, ## and add; check attach.

this is an example for this site,
kriv8.ucoz.com and leave,##titleewrapper
