Jyxnbox V6 scan no channels

I did a factory reset on the v6 now when I scan the sats I get no channels I says no program found I have good signal. Checked the firmware its the same 3.2.47 do I reload the firmware ? thanks in advance.

No need to reload the firmware, you have something set wrong in the sat menu, check your ports.

port settings are the same as the first time I set up the box port 1-119 2.110 3.129 diseqc 1.0 not 1.1. I was having problem with the hd Channels no signal some times could it be a bad module ?.

If you are using DPP LNBs you need Legacy LNB set to OCS-DP, and yes it could be a bad JB200.

One more thing you are saving the CHs after you scan, when you save the CHs, save is yellow not blue.

Yes its a dpplus set to ocs-dp I get good signal on 119-110 but 129 is up and down when scanning it doesn't show the sat at top corner as lock in. My other receiver works fine time for a new JB200. Thanks iq180

yes friend it looks like your module its fried friend,if you know of a friend that has the same receiver try texting it on his receiver to make sure but its most luckly its fried....
