Just got a siding nailer

I just picked up a Makita an611 siding nailer , got it used at a pawnshop for $60us in great shape. anyways do I need to use siding nailer coil nails only or can I buy any brand of nails?

If it holds nails in a coil you have to use coil nails, any brand will do, but you have to follow the 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 inch size limitations of the nailer.
