Hello,

am I supposed to at least be able to use youtube/picassa out of the box or is this box
useless without a MAC registration.

My uplink network is "green" but doesn't seam I am connected to the outside world.
My router gets an IP from the box.

I am currently not connected to any portals .

I think you will need the software update.. Go to the Settings, and it will take you to the software update.. just update it..

When I do I get that there are no available updates at this time ?

Shouldn't I at least be able to use the built in browser ?

I think it's a network issue on my end although I see the box in my router settings. Using powerline adapters .

These boxes have a toslink spdif output but is there actual 5.1 sound coming from it.
The settings only allow you to choose stereo.
