dreamlink t4 box freezing

my dream link box is freezing not just the channels but the box. it goes for a couple seconds then the whole thing freezes cant change channels or use epg for a couple seconds is the box done its brand new just got it last friday hardware version ht v10 1.00.00 application version 1.09.00

a couple times tring to put t4 0010 0218bp on and it wont take at all

well it worked for a couple hours and then went back in to bootloop again and using the usb bootloop wont work

Turn the box off from the rear. Unplug coax from antenna and then do the boot loop file upgrade again and factory default when finished. good luck

ok that worked. tryed to load through serial and it would just keep loading and erasing on a constant loop. unhooking the coax got it working with usb for now

you could have a short in your coax

while using the serial it was not attached to the coax and a limesat worked no issues with the same setup got this box for the upscaling ability

i think its from trying to have it run through my xbox one thats causing the issues :( it works fine when connected right to the tv but going through the xbone it starts a bootloop
