Vs 9000HD

Good morning I am running the Viewsat 9000 HD with Xx client but freeze sometimes.I wonder if it is my network or if there is a way to update the client .
Any help will be appreciate.

friend try rebooting your receiver thru the back button,turn it OFF and back ON ,that should help if the server is not the problem....
