theirs always a risk, this is why u go with a establish re-seller.....post the name of the service so other people dont get taken.

1- Check all your noi settings, information, etc.

2- Verify that your code is good from the source you got it from.

3- If you feel you still have been taken then post what service you were supposed to get.

If you can't do the above before you accuse then I will move this out of here and delete it as garbage.
