hi, need some help . i have a t5 that i can't seem to get going . it will turn on and the ---- come up , then 0000 ,but the window won't come up with the files on usb stick . i am wondering about the module , mine is blue and says 8 psk demod rev0.5 2013/04/15 i've seen pic's of green and red ones but not blue . if anyone can help that would be great ,thanks for any help , timberjack

try removing the hdmi cable and reboot the unit a couple times..cud also be power cycling..

i forgot to say in my first post that i'm not getting any signal . no signal flashing across screen . but when i hook up my nano prem it starts right up

no,i had it apart today , looked things over after trying to get it working for 2 hours. seen the blue module thought maybe it wasn't changed .will try your suggestions tomorrow . thanks , never had this much trouble with a box before .can't load anything on it , not even factory

the dreamlink with dl100 is a great system..inproper mod install most likely ur issue re no signal with new setup.here is pic of properly installed mod and heatsink..

still no go , removed the module lined up pins with holes pushed back together and put case back on hooked back up rebooted 3 times and still no signal flashing across screen.it boots up with ---- and then 0000 on face but thats as far as i can get ???

did you get a factory module when you bought it?

I suspect a bad module If you had the factory you could verify it

patriot electronics might sell them or a good seller on ebay

i bought it 2 months ago . i tried it a few times to get it going , then i got busy and just got back to it . been watching 2 nano's so i had lots to watch , just like to find and fix now as i have more time . probably just buy one and save all the hassle fighting ..and thanks for your help
